The peaceful ascent to the fourth floor, accompanied by a majestic tower, creates an inviting atmosphere that will protect you from everyday stress. The floor heating ensures a comfortable room temperature, while the rustic fireplace provides additional comfort. A look out the window will reward you with a breathtaking view. Our 2000 square meter garden with many rose bushes, campfire and barbecue area, sauna and gym offers a variety of leisure activities. Although you are only a three-minute walk from the marketplace, you will feel like you are in a remote castle. Start your day with wonderfully fragrant coffee and fresh organic eggs that come directly from our chicken coop. In summer you can harvest cherries, berries and lettuce from our vegetable garden, while in autumn you can enjoy juicy plums, grapes or apples. In winter you can sunbathe on the terrace or enjoy a crackling campfire. The little ones can build snowmen or toboggan in the snowy garden. If you want to go on the slopes, you can use one of the nearby ski slopes or the large cross-country ski trail system directly from Marienberg. Further important information is available on request. We also offer late check-out until 4 pm, for an extra charge of €20 or express booking less than 24 hours before arrival for €70 extra – only on request. This flat rate applies to each individual key and includes, among other things, the organizational effort for replacement procurement, documentation and ensuring proper access to the property. Further additional costs may arise if, for safety reasons, the replacement of a complete locking system becomes necessary.
