We are located at the entrance of Argeles sur mer at the place called Taxo. You will be in a quiet place while being close to all amenities. Come and enjoy this chalet between the sea, mountains and countryside for an unforgettable vacation. The accommodation is located 3 km from the sea and 1500 m from the village. The space The accommodation is intended for 6/10 people including: - Three bedrooms with 160 cm beds - A fourth room with a sofa bed - Bathroom with shower, double sinks, toilet - A fully equipped kitchen - A living room with sofa bed - Air conditioning in the living room Outside, enjoy - a beautiful terrace under a pergola, - a barbecue, - ping pong table, - a bowling green, - garden furniture and deckchairs - a 5 x 3.5 m x 1.30 m wooden pool heated according to season (possibility to set to 24 degrees in spring and autumn) A code box is at the entrance of the accommodation for an independent check-in. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi (fiber optic) to work remotely if necessary. Possibility to park your vehicle on the property or free private parking is also available on site. Linens are included in your cleaning package. It includes for 6/10 beds: - sheets, - bath towels, - shower mat - tea towels. For babies, a high chair and a baby bed (sheets not provided) are already provided in the accommodation. A bathtub can also be made available at your request. Guest access Accommodation, pool area, are for exclusive and private use of the occupants, not shared with other tenants or owner. Other things to note WE WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT: - PARTIES AND EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED (birthdays, weddings, bachelorette parties, bachelor parties...) The maximum number of guests must be respected. It is prohibited to have additional people without informing us in advance. - We ask that you respect the neighborhood and not make noise after 11 p.m. - Motorhome, converted van, van, tent canvas... are strictly prohibited on our grounds. Only the number of beds inside the unit is allowed. Free parking is available for any vehicle that has the option to sleep in it. - Between each rental, someone comes to the property for exterior maintenance (garden, pool, terrace, etc.) The house is completely cleaned and disinfected after each departure.
