A fully furnished home. Away from the path beaten by 1000's of tourists. Located in the country 10 min (5 KM) from the town of Samana the retreat affords access to all Samana has to offer without the noise/danger of the city. The beaches of El Valle are ~10KM away and other beaches can be found on the road to Las Galeras. The space The house is a great space to relax and unwind after a day at the beach or hiking through the hills. Note that the water in the house is provided by a cistern. There is no hot water. The floorplan is very open . each bedroom has door. The second floor room is accessible by a spiral staircase. Other things to note Electricity in Las Parmillas is pretty stable however the city typically cuts power to the area from 0300 to 0600 every other morning. There is parking on the property. The house sits below the grade of the main road approximately 200 feet away from the road. All first time guests are recommended to arrive in the daytime. Quiet and secluded space with great views of the property.
