With a private pool, spacious green spaces, and as a bonus a separate independent house, this property is perfect for relaxing and recharging. Just 1 hour 40 minutes from Paris, treat yourself to an authentic rural experience in the heart of the Normandy countryside. The space Great place for families (couples with kids) and friends. This is a charming country home. Guests receive the house ready to use and enjoy: clean, tidy and equipped with enough towels and sheets. It is located in a small Normandy village of less than 300 inhabitants. The house is located at the entrance to the village, making it very pleasant for people looking for peace and quiet; Close to agricultural fields and forests. The house is built on a 1,700 m2 plot. It has a swimming pool (8 m/4 m) open from June to September (or even before or after depending on the weather). The house is bordered by a very large terrace with a large dining table that can seat 6. THE HOUSE Inside, there is a ground floor with exposed beams consisting of: - a living room with a seating area and fireplace; - a nice dining area with a table that seats up to 6 people, authentic furniture sourced in the area. - a superbly equipped American kitchen (oven, induction cooktop, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerators, microwave, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, etc.), Still on the ground floor, there are: - a master suite with a private bathroom containing a whirlpool bath; - and a separate toilet. The 1st floor has: - a room with a double bed, a 2nd green bedroom with 1 single bed, and a 3rd small pink bedroom with 1 single bed. - In the middle there is a game room. All rooms are equipped with desks for those who need to isolate themselves to work. - A 2nd bathroom with shower - and a separate toilet. The house is equipped with 2 TVs (TNT channels and free box ), fiber internet access and two wifi terminals to have internet access from all over the house and in the garden. Lots of children's games and board and book games (novels/essay/ etc...) DEPENDENCY The property also has a separate cottage consisting of an independent equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, 1 shower, and 1 shower room with toilet . It can be used perfectly for a couple of friends. THE POOL and HOT TUB The swimming pool is exclusively reserved for guests of the house. It is 8 m by 4 m and 1 m 50 deep. The swimming pool, available from June to the end of September, has all the comforts ideal for the family. Heated with a heat pump, you could enjoy it at any time, day and night and even when the weather is not on an appointment. It has a large terrace with nice garden furniture: armchairs and table for aperitif and reading, and to enjoy the pool. Next to the pool, you can enjoy a 6-seater inflatable spa, bubble diffuser, which will provide you with well-being and relaxation. Thanks to the heating function of the device's control panel, the bubbles propelled into the water are already heated, which will give you a gentle and pleasant massage. OUTSIDE There is unlimited wood for the fireplace. During the period from September to May, electricity is not included in the price. It is charged in addition according to consumption at the public price. The garden of more than 1,200 m2, has a large lawn with a tiled terrace, equipped with a large garden table and chairs for lunches and dinners. You have several comfortable sunbeds to lounge in the Norman sun. There is also a swing and a wooden hut for children. Other games are available to enhance your stay. A charcoal barbeque is available too. 5 min from the house by car, in the center of the village, there is a free soccer stadium and children's games (from 3 to 12 years). From the house, and all around, there are several trails for short or long walks. A grocery store (mini supermarket) and a bakery are located in the village where you can get all the essentials. A few km away, you will find the town of Conches-en-Ouches (5000 inhabitants) with its beautiful church and fort as well as supermarkets (Intermarché, Carrefour Market, Lidl, etc.). The village of Giverny is 60 km from the house, and the beautiful beaches of Normandy are about 1 hour and 15 minutes away. Guest access The entire house is rented. You will be alone and the pool is not shared. No one will access it except you. The garden is completely fenced. Your dog can be left free. Minimum booking is 5 days during the period from June to the end of August. Other things to note HEATING/ELECTRICITY There is unlimited wood for the fireplace. The price of the stay includes 10 kWh/day of electricity. Beyond that, guests will have to pay this cost at the end of the stay based on the actual consumption, charged at the current rate. SECURITY DEPOSIT A deposit will be required to cover any damages. In the absence of damage at the end of their stay, the amount paid will be returned to you. PETS Cats are allowed. Small dogs (up to 15 kg) are allowed, for an additional fee. €10 per day per pet to cover the additional cleaning and maintenance resulting from the pet stay.
