Welcome to our Newland City Retreat, a private 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home renovated in 2022, comfortably sleeping 8. Easy access to I-77 and I-85, this property is 15 mins from CLT airport and allows you to get to Uptown, NoDa, & Camp North End in minutes. Whether you are in the Queen City for work or pleasure, Newland City Retreat has the comfort and amenities of your own home. Enjoy a Carolina sunset in our seated garden patio or fire pit during any season. The space This eclectic home allows you to enjoy all the comforts of your home but still feel like a vacation. The split level home has a formal living room, dining area, and large kitchen space that gives you an open area to gather together despite what activities you have planned. The main level of the home has a dry bar equipped with coffee and tea options. Set the wine fridge to your perfect temperature to enjoy your favorite bottle of vino. The bottom level has one bedroom with a queen bed, laundry room, and an informal living room area with a couch to lounge comfortably and enjoy your streaming services on the 55in smart tv. Inside of the informal living area, you will also have a desk facing views of the garden patio and be able to lounge on the fold out futon for any work calls you may have to take. On the top level you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. In both bathrooms you will find the house's signature scent shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in case you did not bring your own. Two guest bedrooms have queen beds while the primary bedroom has a king bed and connecting bathroom with large shower. Outside you will find the garden patio with overhanging lights which is best enjoyed in the evenings or early mornings. The grill and fire pit are on propane based systems and look out into the fenced in backyard. Guest access Guests will be allow to access all areas of the property with the exception of the garden shed and cleaning closet. Both locations are locked but all other areas of the house are open to guest access. Other things to note The smart tv downstairs allows you to log in to any streaming services you may enjoy at home. Basic essentials including toilet paper and paper towels are provided at the beginning of each stay. This includes two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels. If additional paper products are needed during your stay, you are responsible for replenishing. This home is a residential property which is reliant on guests leaving the space clean upon check out. At the end of your stay please ensure that used dishes have been washed, garbage has been taken out to bins, and furniture has been returned to original place if it was moved.
