You won't find another place like this! This unique and tranquil home is located on 5 acres of land right on Oak Creek. It is conveniently located between the vortexes of beautiful Sedona, the charm of Old Town Cottonwood, and vineyards of Page Springs. If you are looking for enough space to house the whole gang or a space for an intimate spiritual retreat, then we have the house and the land just for that! The space This newly renovated space was created to provide a comfortable space for large groups; whether it be family, friends, or a shared space for a spiritual or yoga retreat. Orchard House... The Bedrooms: -One en suite bedroom with a queen-sized bed and bathroom for up to 2 people. -Two bedrooms, each with one queen-sized bed for up to 2 people each. -Two bunk rooms, each with a custom bunkbed for adults or children. Each bunk room sleeps up to 2 people. -And lastly, a twin sized daybed in one of the common areas near the back of the house. The Bathrooms: - All of the bedrooms, except the ensuite, share bathrooms. The ensuite has a full shower, sink, and toilet. The other 4 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms. Each of the shared bathrooms have a unique custom tiled shower and 2 toilet stalls per bathroom. Attached Apartment... -This is a super cool, fully renovated one bedroom, one bath apartment that is attached to the Orchard house with it's own private entrance. The bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed and the unit can accommodate up to 4 people if you use the sleeper sofa in the living room. Kitchen features a full size refrigerator and all new appliances. Bathroom: -spacious bathroom with custom tiled shower/bathtub The Common Spaces: - The Orchard House has a spacious kitchen with plenty of room for your whole crew to cook as many meals as you want to without being too crowded. (Please let us know if you would like us to provide an in-home private chef to cook fresh, organic, healthy meals for you and we will do our best to have that arranged.) -There is a large 12 seat dining table as well as bar seating at the kitchen island. -There are also three comfortable living room spaces for you to kick back and relax after a long day touring the sites or hiking any of Sedona's many red rock trails. - One of these spaces is part of the open layout with the kitchen and dining space and the other two can be closed off if you would like a quieter space to spend time together. - There is a large laundry room in the home if needed. -We also have a beautiful new outdoor kitchen space. Please feel free to use the grill and outdoor dining during your stay. (Please leave the space as clean as you found it so that everyone can have the opportunity to enjoy the space.) The Field: Inspired by the words of Rumi, "Out beyond the ideas of wrong-doing and right-doing, there is a field; I will meet you there.", we lovingly call this property The Field at Oak Creek. There are several other people living on sight at this budding community, who are available to help you with anything you may need during your stay. Never hesitate to ask any questions whether it be for recommendations on restaurants, trails, adventures, or if you simply need something to make your time with us more pleasant. Guest access Please feel free to explore the property and especially take a dip in the magical waters of Oak Creek. Please note that we do not have a lifeguard and you are responsible for your own safety when using the creek. We also ask that you not enter any of the buildings that are still in process. These will be visibly noted. Please follow all signs and footpaths for parking and other directions. Other things to note **PLEASE put nothing down the toilets except the toilet paper we provide! We run on a septic system and any paper or products that are not "septic safe" will cause major plumbing problems that neither you nor I want to be dealing with during your stay. *We love your four legged friends and welcome them to join us but please remember that we have our own fur babies living with us here, as well. Often our animals roam free and explore their space. If your pets have any issues getting along with other animals then we ask that you please leave them at home. *This amazing property is a work in progress. Because of this we currently have some construction happening on the opposite end of the property. This has not effected any of us or caused too much noise but we wanted to be fully transparent *This is an eco-friendly property. We are very passionate about taking care of our guests and our mother earth therefore, we only use organic cleaning products and services, we kindly ask that you do the same during your stay.
