🌈Welcome to "La Petite"! Our small independent house is located a stone's throw from the historic center of Turin, near the famous Porta Palazzo market and the antiquity of the Balon, along the Dora river. 🌻The apartment was completely renovated in 2023, is very quiet, well equipped and offers all the comforts to make your stay pleasant. Street parking is free and easily available, and you can easily move around on foot to discover the city. The space 🏠 The apartment is on the first floor of a detached house; it is accessed via a flight of stairs from inside the courtyard and enjoys excellent peace and quiet. P️ The apartment does not have private parking, but you can park on the street in front of the house; parking spaces are free and easily available! 🛌 The house has a comfortable BEDROOM with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV. 👨‍🍳 THE KITCHEN is equipped with everything you need: a fridge with a freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, and induction hob. You will also find salt, sugar, etc. 🛋️ In the LIVING ROOM area, there is a 2-seater sofa and a 32" Smart TV. 🛀 IN THE BATHROOM there is a washing machine, a large well-lit mirror, a hairdryer and a large shower. The bidet is integrated into the toilet. High-speed 📶 ❄️ Wi-Fi and air conditioning are free for our guests. 🌡️ Heating is automated with a heat pump and panels. 🤗 In the apartment, you will find clean sheets and towels together with a small welcome kit, as well as shampoo, bath foam, soap and cleaning products. ▶️ All our pillows and blankets are made of hypoallergenic material and are regularly sanitized. 🧽 At La Petite, we will be happy to welcome guests who leave the accommodation tidy and in good condition, which only requires an ordinary cleaning service, included in your booking. ▶️For extraordinary cleaning, an additional payment of 20 euros will be required (dirty dishes in the sink, rubbish scattered around the house, etc.) 💯🔝 Read our reviews and book your authentic experience in Turin, in a welcoming home with a special personality and warmth! ❤️ Guest access It is mandatory to provide the personal document data of each guest before your arrival in order to stay in the apartment. Other things to note At 50 meters there are bus stops to reach both the center and the palace of Venaria. The neighborhood is multicultural, near the large Porta Palazzo market, and reflects the multiethnic and cozy feature that characterizes Turin; for this reason it must not be considered an unsafe area; instead we suggest immersing yourself within the various cultures and the peculiarity of the neighborhood. Across the river is the Borgo Dora district, which hosts the famous "Balon" flea market every Saturday and every second Sunday of the month.
