Professionally managed by Canbnb. Welcome to your 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment set in the heart of Park Avenue. Please note that the key pickup spot is different from the apartment location. You can drive 7 min (2.2km) or walk 17 min (1.2km) to get the keys. You can access all the property's amenities throughout your stay. Please read our listing thoroughly to find answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). The space BEDROOM: The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 55" smart TV that you can use. It also has access to all local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The residential garage provides parking space for one car. There is also paid parking on Bunda Street $3/hr. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the building's BBQ Area, gym and Common Garden / Courtyard / Rooftop throughout your stay. The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas. Guest access Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge Other things to note NOTE: There is only access from Akuna St. You cannot access from Allara St as that end of Rabaul land is blocked off for works. To reach the garage, you will need to turn onto Rabaul Lane from Akuna St. The current close of Rabaul Lane (both directions) between Nangari Street and CCG House driveway will be extended until possibly the end of September due to underground utility installations. NOTE: The keys are collected from an offsite location. Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
