Guest access You will have private access to the whole apartment for the duration of your stay. Other things to note For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we do not allow any parties or gatherings in our apartments. Age limit is 21 years or older (unless accompanied by parents). Guests are required to verify their identification before check-in. Guests will receive an e-rental agreement which must be e-signed prior to arrival. Please note, a £300 security deposit is required before check-in information is released. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out. Check-in time is from 3pm. Checkout time is 10am. Additional Charges: Please note that there are extra charges if you are looking to check in earlier or out later, subject to availability. Complimentary Laundry Collection Guests staying 5 nights or more receive one complimentary laundry collection (up to 5 kg) during their stay. For longer stays, we’ll happily provide one complimentary 5 kg laundry service per week. Any additional laundry, excess weight, or specialist services (such as dry cleaning or ironing) can be arranged at the guest’s expense.
