BATHROOMS: Full bathroom and fully supplied with essential toiletries like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, hair dryer and more. KITCHEN: A spacious kitchen area that features a wide marble countertop, electric stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, pots, pans, knives and other cooking and dining essentials. LIVING ROOM: Our roomy living area provides great entertainment with its 65-inch smart television that has access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and many other streaming services. PARKING AREA: There is a free designated parking space within the complex for the guests. For more parking space needed please reach out to host. Guest access AC/HEAT: Window air conditioning/heating system is installed around the house for your comfort. INTERNET CONNECTION: Go on a lag-free video conference call and let the others play their online games simultaneously as the internet(Spectrum) speed goes up to 100Mbps+. Other things to note LONG TERM STAYS: For stays over 30 days the first round of household supplies will be provided (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, all soaps, etc). Anything that runs out, guest will be responsible for replenishing for their own use. PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance to Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and the likes for this location is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any exterior door. Violators caught will be fined as much as $500.
