The fully stocked kitchen includes a beverage fridge, stemware, and island seating. A mudroom with oversized washer/dryer and a powder room add convenience. Restful Retreats Upstairs, the king primary suite features a coastal shutter bed, luxury mattress, claw-foot soaking tub, and private balcony with Adirondack chairs and ocean views. Two guest bedrooms—one with a sleigh bed, the other with a white metal frame—share a bath stocked with plush linens. The third floor is a kid-friendly haven with sleeping for eight, bean bags, games, and its own bath.
