The B&B is a 10-minute walk from the city center and walking distance from the train station. It is easily connected to the port and airport thanks to the bus stop near the accommodation. The space The accommodation is new and fully renovated, located on the first floor and accessible via an external staircase. You will stay in a small B&B with 3 double bedrooms, a common room for breakfast, and a terrace. In the common area, you will find a relaxing reading corner and everything you need for an Italian breakfast, mainly sweet, in convenient single servings and self-service. A fridge, a coffee capsule machine, tea, and ginseng are available. In addition, you will have pillows of two different sizes and a duvet, ensuring everything you need to make your stay perfect. Guest access With reference to arrival or departure times, check-in and check-out will take place independently, allowing you to check in completely independently and at any time from 4:00 p.m. Access to the property will be via keycard, and at the entrance you will find a numeric keypad; the code will be communicated to you on the day of your arrival, after providing your data. You will have access to the common area for breakfast and the outdoor terrace, ensuring a comfortable and independent stay. By regional law, guests are not allowed to use the kitchen (Art. 4 Annex A to Regional Council Resolution no. 1/13 of 1/8/2019). The day before your arrival, you must communicate your registration data in accordance with the applicable legal provisions (Article 109 of the T.U.L.P.S.). Failure to notify requires a reservation to be canceled. The data provided will be processed in compliance with the confidentiality obligations regulated by law no. 675 of 31/12/1996. Linens are changed every 3 days for stays of 5 nights or more, or after 2 nights for stays of 4 nights. Any extra change must be requested in advance and will incur an extra cost.
