The villa offers complete relaxation and tranquility as well as a large space with an outdoor patio. Perfect for families with children and/or teens as well as groups of friends who want to visit Salento. It is located about 2 km from the beautiful Ionian Sea in a non-touristy location with a free beach. Along the coast, you can enjoy equipped beaches and aperitif bars. We will be happy to host anyone who wants to experience the true atmosphere of Puglia! Welcome. The space The villa has a large entrance hall, a single room and three double bedrooms (one with a private bathroom). A second, more spacious and recently renovated bathroom is located in the hallway. The fully equipped kitchen has a pantry and attached laundry room and overlooks a rear patio that is equipped with a long dining table so you can enjoy outdoor lunches and/or dinners. In the back area of the house, there is also an outdoor shower that allows you to cool off when returning from the sea without having to access the bathroom inside the house. The front of the villa has an entrance patio with armchairs and a sofa as a relaxation area and a space in front with chairs, an umbrella and a marble table to be used as an aperitif, chat and/or card games corner.
