Cosy private space in a local house

This is an entire floor level available in my parents' house: room, bathroom and small hallway Entrance to the floor is separate from the rest of the household by using external stairs and can be locked. We have a big beautiful garden where you have access to walk and lounge. We can give access to a refrigerator if needed and cuttlery for eating.
