Enjoy a game of checkers while your family grills, and splash in the lake with a kayak ride to cool down. There is something for everyone to enjoy! The space Upstairs has a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom…Outside deck with a view of the lake. Downstairs has two bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room and a kitchenette…Porch with a grill, hammock and lake view. The upstairs has been completely renovated and the downstairs is almost completed with new renovations. The outside is your wood+cabin style look. Things to know….the lake house is on the lake so you will have the normal things to look out for….you will have spider webs, spiders and insects, etc.. bringing bug spray is a plus. The house is located in between two houses. The middle driveway is the lake house drive. It is narrow and can be tricky backing out. Only three vehicles are allowed in the driveway. Two kayaks and some life jackets are on the property and you are welcome to use those. At the lake you also have several areas you can fish. Closest town is about a 15-20 minute drive. Guest access You will have neighbors on each side of the house. Please keep vehicles on The Lake House driveway. Swimming area will be straight behind the house beside the boat house.
