The den is a multipurpose room which can be used for another bedroom with its sleeper couch or a separate TV room. Relax or entertain on the large oversized screened lanai and pool which is accessible from the family area and has pocket sliding glass doors that tuck all the way back. There are two bedrooms (master and 2nd one on the opposite side that have king beds, third bedroom has two twin beds with en-suite bath) the hallway bath serves as a pool bath as well as the second king bedroom, which gives you plenty of privacy. The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with a potential 2 more for the sleeper couch den room. For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted. The interior boasts a boho/chic and very warm style with tons of amenities. The kitchen, living room and large dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything. The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat. From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious bar there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones. Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. Additional guests beyond the 4th will incur a fee of $20 per night. • Check-in time is 4:00 PM. • Check-out time is 10:00 AM. • Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee. Please contact our Reservations Department in advance to confirm availability. • Pets are only permitted in properties specifically listed as “pet-friendly.” For those homes, a $150 + tax non-refundable pet fee applies and must be included at the time of booking. • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rental properties. • The rental includes a $75 per week electricity allowance. Any overage will be charged at $0.15 per kWh, based on meter readings. • If the home features an outdoor kitchen with a built-in BBQ, please note that the built-in grill is reserved for owner use only. A standalone gas BBQ will be available for guest use. • For bookings made through Airbnb, you will receive an additional email from Vesteva Vacation Rentals. This will require acknowledgment and reinforces the Terms and Conditions already outlined on the booking platform.
