1 Building 2 Lux Lofts - Great for Big Groups

Adventure into Old City & stay in not one, but two downtown lofts. Private keypad access leads to a stairway shared by only these two amazing lofts. Perfect for groups that want to be together & have their own spaces, these lofts include individual kitchens, laundry areas, living rooms, and sleeping spaces. With unique details throughout, each home features stunning historic character including original brick masonry walls, wood flooring, boutique furnishings, & upscale decor. The space Quaint and cozy, this newly refurnished space has a blend of the old with the new. Generously appointed and professionally decorated, Studio B was designed to be your home away from home. **As of 1/16/2025, the shops in our building are undergoing renovation. Guest may expect to hear normal construction noise during the day time, but construction will be ceased by the evening. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience!** Guest access We have coded access to the property for your convenience. The street access lock will have one code that guests will share and each loft entrance will have it's own individual access code. Other things to note For your planning there are 25 steps that lead up to the second level of building where the studio is located. During the warmer months and on weekends the Old City can be quite a vibrant scene. That said, it can sometimes be noisy just by nature of where we are located, right in the heart of the action. While we have made provisions to help attenuate sound, we cannot guarantee your entire experience will be pin drop quiet. COOKING: The Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans for cooking. The 2 bedroom loft does have a stove and oven. The studio loft does not have an oven, but we do provide two induction stove tops. LAUNDRY: There is a washer and dryer with complimentary detergent provided. TV: There is a 50" Smart TV SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE: There is a security cameras located on the exterior of the lofts facing the shared stairwell. This is considered a common area. Cameras record audio and visual. Security cameras are located ONLY at the shared stairwell. All cameras are in adherence to Airbnb's security camera policy.
