Relax Residence - Room 3

The Dimora Relax farmhouse is located on the gentle slopes of the Astiani hills, surrounded by greenery with a spectacular view of the Monferrato vineyards, a UNESCO heritage site since 2014, in a very sunny and strategic position to visit Monferrato and the surrounding areas. Just 5 minutes from the center of the village and restaurants where you can taste the typical Piedmontese dishes. The space In room number 3 there is a double bed. The private bathroom with shower is located in front of the room. Slippers and bathrobes are available. The room is connected to a balcony overlooking the Monferrato hills. Guest access Available to guests on the lower floor is a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a TV corner and a children's game table. In addition, there will be a garden where there are deckchairs to relax and sunbathe, and three stone tables for 4 people each. During their stay, guests have access to the orchard of the Residence and the garage. In the entrance area of the Garage you will find a space suitable for safely storing your bicycles or other sports equipment. Parking outside is available free of charge. Other things to note Dimora Relax was completely renovated in 2023. The house has completely new and modern-style furnishings made in Italy, and is also equipped with hypoallergenic mattresses and pillows. For each guest, a kit of two high-quality towels of different sizes and a Welcome Kit containing personal hygiene products will be provided.
