Walk to local shops and restaurants, or across the river to St. Norbert College; explore the Fox River trail with a short 5-mile bike ride into downtown Green Bay; or take a quick 10-15 minute drive to Lambeau Field, Bay Park Square shopping mall, or Bay Beach Amusement Park. The space The first floor features a large Living Room with window bench and conversational seating, a Parlor with 65" LG TV, a formal Dining Room with a large dining table that seats 8-9 and an antique secretary desk with essential office supplies, a fully stocked Kitchen with a counter height table that seats 6 and a 65" LG TV, and a half bathroom. The second floor has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have queen foam mattresses, 50" mounted LG TVs, mirrors, and closets with shelves and hanging space. A third bedroom makes a great kids room with a twin bunk bed and twin day bed, each with twin trundle beds underneath. The trundle beds can be pushed together to make a king size bed. The closet is stocked with books, and various toys and activities. The primary bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser. Extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, dental floss, razors, hair ties, cotton balls, deodorant, hairdryer, and more are under the sink. The basement has a laundry room with washer, dryer, and utility sink. There is also a small table for playing board/card games along with many games. A small toilet only bathroom is at the bottom of the stairs. Parking for 2 cars is available in the driveway located off James St. Additional parking may be available if needed. The backyard features a small patio with umbrella table and seating. Extra outdoor camp chairs are located in the laundry room. The remainder of the back yard is divided into a flower garden and lawn area. There is a fire pit and some starter wood as well.
