It also has a service room with a kitchenette and a full bathroom. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. The garden, barbecue, pool and jacuzzi are private and part of the house. The house is located within a private subdivision with controlled access, which provides a safe and quiet environment. Access to the subdivision and the house is provided at check-in, along with the necessary directions for a comfortable arrival. Other things to note The pool and jacuzzi heating has an additional cost as it works with gas. The cost is $5,000 per weekend and payment is made in cash upon arrival.
