The Loft, with Hot tub and fire pit.

Kick back and relax in our peaceful, cozy space. We have a wooded area that surrounds the back and side of the house. Come and enjoy a warm fire up in the woods under the beautiful Hemlock trees, as well as the bubbling, steamy hot tub tucked under our pergola behind the house. Don't leave without experiencing the beautiful Allegheny National Forest that surrounds us in Warren County! Summer is so lush and green, with many outdoor activities! We hope to see you!☀️🌿 The space My husband and I live in the downstairs. Our upstairs is "The Loft," which has an outside entrance and completely separate from the downstairs. You need to be able to climb stairs because It is a second story space. It's a 2 bedroom space. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a twin bed. The living space down the hallway has a futon, which folds down to a double bed. There is a table and 2 chairs on the balcony which can be brought inside or left out. There is also a table and chairs in the room with the twin bed. We have a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, frying pan and sauce pan, outdoor grill, Keurig coffee maker, air conditioner, fan, and TV. We also have coffee, creamer, sugar, Stevia available, along with plates, silverware, mugs, cups, etc... There is no kitchen or cook stove in "The Loft.".... but we do have a toaster oven and Hot plate for your use. There is one bathroom which doesn't have a bathtub - but does have a shower and, of course, sink and toilet. 🙂 We have woods behind the house with a fire pit, which is available for use as long as there isn't a fire ban due to lack of rain (which rarely happens in North Western Pa). We also have a cozy hot tub located behind the house nestled under the pergola, which is available for our guests. It is only used by our guests staying in The Loft. So enjoy!!💦 Parking is on our property and is free. The driveway has a jut-out area on the right side where our Airbnb guests can park. I'll have captions on the pictures in case you need clearer directions and understanding. We live one mile from Youngsville, a small town that has a grocery store, Dollar General, and a Family Dollar. Youngsville also has a Coffee Shop called The Bean Bank, as well as a few restaurants and bars. Also, there is a Dairy Queen right outside of Youngsville. It may be a small town but there are places to eat or buy things you may want or need. Guest access You will be able to access the upstairs by following the stone sidewalk in front of the house, which will lead you to the balcony entrance. An access code for the door keypad will be provided when you are booked and ready to come. Other things to note "The Loft" is in very close proximity to the beautiful Allegheny National Forest, Kinzua Dam, the mountain bike trails at Jakes Rocks, and the Allegheny River to name a few! We hope you can stay long enough to enjoy the amazing outdoors, even in the winter. The summer is spectacular as is fall, enjoy all the beauty that surrounds us!☀️
