Perishable supplies are not available. • Dryer and washer machines available for your use. Some liquid laundry detergent is provided. • No smoking, vaping, weed, drugs allowed in the house • No animals of any kinds allowed in the house —— please adhere to the house rules to avoid $500 penalty and immediate cancellation of your stay without refund —— THINGS TO KNOW: • Gopher turtle 🐢 burrow is located in the far right of the property. Please do not bother her. Gopher turtles are protected by Florida Law. • Try to avoid wild life to prevent injuries or bites. We have mosquitos, fire ants, snakes, alligators, etc in Florida. • Any Guests booking to stay at the properties AGREE to waive any rights to file claims, lawsuits or complaints against property owner or host requesting monetary or any other forms of compensation for personal body injury or personal items damage • All Guests coming to stay at the property assume full responsible for any expenses from accidents, injuries or personal property damages • The closest grocery shopping is at Publix Super Market locate at @ 2685 N Forest Ridge Blvd, Hernando FL 34442.
