In Quercianella, on the coast of Tuscany and a few minutes from the sea, there is the 'Casa di Iane', a portion of a semi-detached villa surrounded by greenery and surrounded by a large private park. Parking is available inside and outside the villa, tranquility and plenty of space, inside and outside. It is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing holiday, but also to take advantage of the crystal clear sea with small pebble bays and to visit the nearby Tuscan cities of art. The space The house is spread over two floors: on the ground floor we have the living room, finely furnished, with an original fireplace and a large wooden table, the marble and wooden kitchen, two double bedrooms (with the possibility of a small cot for babies) and a full bathroom, with bathtub and shower, enclosed by a glass box. Upstairs we have a third double bedroom, with a small attached bathroom and a terrace overlooking the park. The house is surrounded by a large park, with a wooden table and benches for lunch or dinner, with outdoor lighting, a barbecue and a wood-burning oven. In the back there are fruit trees and a small vegetable garden. The villa is semi-detached, but each portion of the house is single and fenced. Guest access The entire villa is full of comfort and fully fenced outside, with a private courtyard, terrace and patio. In the case of pets, you will have to keep them on a leash in the front park, which is shared with the other villa adjacent to you, but you will have the back of the park, closed by gates and fenced, at your complete disposal, for you and for them. Other things to note The villa is equipped with a softener, which makes the tap water very good to drink. Above the roof is the solar panel. The attic is equipped with air conditioning. The rooms on the ground floor: 2 bedrooms and a living room have vortex blades on the ceiling. In the back of the house there is a small garden and when it is the right season you can eat the fruits and vegetables that the land offers. The villa is in a hilly location, but very close to the beach: a 5-minute drive from the sea and a 15-minute walk. From the center of the village the distance is 6 minutes by car and 20 minutes on foot. In the village of Quercianella there are: various grocery store, including fresh meats, cold cuts and cheeses; bakery , local organic products, fruit and vegetable counter, fishmonger, two bars, cut and takeaway pizza, hairdresser , post office with ATM pickup desk and some restaurants. Livorno city is 10 km away (about 15 minutes by car), with all kinds of supermarkets, fish market and, above all, its beautiful promenade, the Mascagni terrace, the port and its Medici history. In Quercianella the beaches are in pebbles; the coast is rocky and the sea is very clean. To find the beach you have to go south: Vada, Cecina, Bibbona, Donoratico.
