There is a washer/drier unit in the fully equipped kitchen that has a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, gas stove, tea pot and coffee maker. Each bedroom has a queen bed, with room darkening curtains and shades, a dresser and closet with all linens, pillows, and comforters provided. The bathroom also has towels and basic shampoo and soap provided for short stays, longer stays the tenant is expected to replenish their own supplies. The 2-bedroom apartment has a handicap ramp to the porch and one step into the apartment. Pet friendly as well, large side yard. Guest have the 2-bedroom apartment all to themselves, there is another two-bedroom unit rented above them which they do not have access to. The tenant has sole use of the driveway for their personal auto. The yard and front porch are utilized by both units so there is a possibility they could run into the other tenants coming and going from the unit. The tenants do not have access to the second floor and they should not access the basement which is located in the rear stairwell out the kitchen back door.
