Cozy 2 Bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in Sharon Hill suburb of Philadelphia. Sleeps 4 in two queen size beds. Fully stocked kitchen with your own washer/drier in unit. Pet friendly. Grocery store and shopping center 2 blocks away. Easy access to 95, 2 blocks to Septa Train or bus-and Trolley line. Philly airport - 5 Miles/13 min, downtown Philly 20 min, 10 min to all major sporting complexes, great for health care professionals with easy commute to local medical facilities. The space The two-bedroom apartment is on the first floor of a duplex with a large yard and private off-street parking. There are wood floors throughout the apartment with ceramic tile kitchen and bath. There is a washer/drier unit in the fully equipped kitchen that has a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, gas stove, tea pot and coffee maker. Each bedroom has a queen bed, with room darkening curtains and shades, a dresser and closet with all linens, pillows, and comforters provided. The bathroom also has towels and basic shampoo, and soap provided for short stays, longer stays the tenant is expected to replenish their own supplies. The 2-bedroom apartment has a handicap ramp to the porch and one step into the apartment. Pet friendly as well, large side yard, not fenced in. Guest access Guests have the 2-bedroom apartment all to themselves which they will access with a code given to them for the front door. There is another two-bedroom unit rented above them which they do not have access to. The tenant has sole use of the driveway for their personal auto. The yard and front porch are utilized by both units so there is a possibility they could run into the other tenants coming and going from the unit. The tenants do not have access to the second floor, and they should not access the basement which is located in the rear stairwell out the kitchen back door. Other things to note This is a non-smoking apartment. One is allowed to smoke on the front porch, which is a covered porch and has some chairs to sit on, but we ask guests not to smoke inside the unit.
