Welcome to our brand new eco-friendly tiny home nestled in the beautiful and secluded Linn Valley Lakes woods, a private and gated, recreational, residential community located just 45-minutes South of the Kansas City metro area, right off Highway 69. At just over 600 square feet, this "tiny" gem is comprised of two attached 320-sf units. "Sunrise" is the East unit, and "Sunset" is the West unit. Each unit offers a kitchenette, queen bed, full sleeper sofas, and much more! The space Each kitchenette is equipped with an electric cooktop, pots and pans for cooking, a small toaster oven, and a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker (including K cups). Other things to note Please note, the tiny home is located in the woods and is accessible via gravel only (no stairs).
