The house is simple but well-equipped, it has everything you need to rest and enjoy the surrounding nature. It is located 8 minutes on foot from the sea and 2 minutes on foot from the lagoon, in a quiet and safe neighborhood, close to local shops. Your pets are welcome! Feel free to enjoy the attractions of Floripa while they stay safe inside the house or in the backyard, which is fully fenced and free of hazards for four-legged guests. The space The house has 2 bedrooms, one large with A/C, and one a litle smaller, with a fan, a bathroom, and a fully-equipped kitchen (except for a gas oven at the moment, but it has a microwave). In the living room, there is a desk with a comfortable chair for working. Outside, there is a fresh water shower, two parking spaces in the yard, and one covered parking space. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and grounds. Other things to note The house, being made of wood, doesn't have sound insulation between the rooms, so there isn't much privacy among the people occupying the house. Just a heads-up! However, the house is the only one on the property, which provides good privacy from the neighbors.
