The space The accommodation is composed as follows : First floor - A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, microwave oven, hob... - A 30 m² living room with sofa, TV and direct access to the garden level. 1st floor - Bedroom 1 : queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with large shower - Separate WC - A corridor with washing machine 2nd floor - Bedroom 2 : two single beds For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot. Exterior : - A 6 m² south-facing terrace with an awning and furniture to make the most of fine weather - Private garden of approx. 4 m². Communal area : - A 15 × 6 m swimming pool, fenced, secure and shared with residents. Solar-heated, open from May to September.
