Lovely bedroom with king size bed, private bathroom and balcony in a private house, located in the heart of La Condesa, one of the trendiest and greenest neighbourhoods in Mexico City. The house sets in one of the calmest streets of the neighbourhood, close to everything, but far from noisy areas, the room faces to a quiet and green street. The three storey private house is located in a calm street in the neighbourhood of La Condesa. Guests have access to all the common areas of the house: on the main floor we have a living room, kitchen, dining room and a pool. Next to the pool, you have another dining area if you'd chose a brighter place for having coffee or breakfast. Bedrooms are located on the first floor and two separated office rooms. During your stay you will share the house with our other guests, and you will get to know Anikó - she speaks English, Spanish and Hungarian. Our housekeeper lady Lydia will be around too, she works from Monday to Saturday and prepares the breakfast for you, as well as she is a super fun person to practice Spanish with! The neighborhood, La Condesa is a trendy, safe and green area of the city. Bike routes, walking roads, as well as two parks are available around the house, with lots of restaurants and places to enjoy the nightlife. The area is secure, going out and walking home is safe even during the night. Public transportation is available, the house is located between metro Patriotismo and Juanacatlán, biking and walking are also an option in the neighborhood or you can take an Uber. Guest in case of working remotely from home can use one of our office rooms besides their bedrooms, the dining room, the living room or the pool area as well, with two internet connections about 120 mbps speed. Note! There might be construction noise next to the house during the week. It is an external factor over which we have no control.
