This space is located in Gurugram's sector 45, in a Standalone building on the top floor, and is accessible by elevator. The space is totally private and consists of an independent bedroom, a living room with an indoor Jacuzzi in the room, and an attached terrace with Water Fountain and pergola with sitting to rejuvenate yourself. It is a cozy space. So please do not expect a large expansive setting. It is just as in the pictures. The space I'm glad you like the look of my place, to the extent that you are reading my listing. On the entrance floor of the apartment there is a Master bedroom which incorporates a bath and en-suite and AC The middle area of the apartment has an open plan living area and gourmet kitchen with granite counters, bespoke handmade cabinetry and induction. All of which creates an amazing homely room to hang out in. This room also has air conditioning. The apartment room consists of the following features: 1. One king sized bed with side tables. Firm orthopedic mattress ideal for guests of all age. Single wardrobe with hangers. For the third guest we provide extra floor mattress. 2. Indoor jacuzzi with hot and cold water. 3. Fresh linens and towels along with toiletries (shampoo & soap) provided inside the bedroom during check in and replenished on daily basis. En-suite bathroom with WC, hot water geyser and shower. Kitchen with basic utensils and crockery. 4. AC + Daily Housekeeping + Wi-Fi + 56' Smart LED +Tea/Coffee and hot water kettle + personal washing machine. 5. It's a private space with terrace garden and have a separate entrance that you do not share with anybody else. The location of this apartment gives much easier access to those aspects of our city, including the sights and sounds that come with being in a developing Gurugram (Gurgaon) city. The layout of the apartment was designed so that the main living spaces would all benefit from easy access to the outdoor space and the amazing city views. Please also note that during the Christmas holiday, the Jacuzzi is manually filled from the hot water tank, whenever it is required for use. Guest access Entire space is for the guest to use and no one else will have access to the space during the stay apart from the housekeeping staff and that too when called. Other things to note 1. The charges are based on occupancy basis hence please indicate number of adults while sending enquiry or booking. 2. Cleaning service is provided between 11.00am to 8.00pm. 3. Keys of the apartment room can be collected from the Reception. 4. No smoking in the room. Guest can smoke on the terrace though. 5. STRICTLY NO LOUD MUSIC ALLOWED IN THE SPACE. 6. No visiting guests will be allowed in the apartment without informing. 7. We are not able to offer you breakfast, but you may prefer to step out to the numerous all-day cafes around the area. 8. Please note that extended check out or early check in will be chargeable depending on the availability. Please intimate your time of check in after the booking is made. 9. Onsite open car park space is available. 10. Unlimited filtered water is available in the refrigerator. 11. There are all the basic utensils and crockery in the kitchen that you can use to cook tasty food for yourself. Or if you're feeling lazy you can order the food from outside. 12. Power Outage is rare in the area but if the power goes out we have provided a 3-4 hours inverter backup for lights and Fans in the space.
