Includes full kitchen, outside deck w/ table & chairs to seat 4, internet/cable/smart TVs with streaming apps. 2 full bedrooms on main level - closets in both. Free on-site parking & street parking, washer & dryer in basement, 15-min to Detroit. I’d love to host you and any friends, family, and pets to enjoy my cozy home in Royal Oak! The space Everything is on the main floor EXCEPT laundry (washer/dryer), which is located in the basement. Feel free to use these and any available laundry items available above the machines. The living room has a smart TV with most streaming apps available for you to enjoy. All TVs also have Xfinity cable services with voice activated remotes. For example, to switch from cable to Hulu, simply hold down the microphone button on the Comcast Xfinity remote and say “Hulu” or whatever show/channel/app you’re looking for. Trash day is on FRIDAY - If possible, please move any full trash bins to the street on Thursday night. Guest access Entry through the BACK door off the deck using the keypad code provided to you prior to check-in. There will be extra keys available to you as well (hanging in the kitchen). These work for the side & back doors. Please return keys when checking out and make sure to lock all doors and adjust the A/C if running.
