The space The property features six furnished accommodations: Four private upstairs suites—River, Mountain, Willamette, and Coastal—each offering a private bedroom and private bathroom. The Urban Apartment, a unique main-floor apartment located in what was once the historic McMurry Mercantile Store. The Cascade Apartment, a fully self-contained one-bedroom apartment with its own private kitchen and bathroom. Originally built in the late 1800s, this beautifully restored Craftsman retains its historic charm and character. As with many vintage homes, you may hear the occasional creaky floor or sounds from neighboring units—simply part of the home's unique personality. Located just blocks from downtown Springfield in the Historic Washburn District, The Annex is surrounded by restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, shopping, and entertainment. Walking and biking trails nearby connect to the Willamette River, downtown Eugene, the University of Oregon, and the Cuthbert Amphitheater. Guest access Guests will be given an access code which is their last 4-digits of their phone number Other things to note Please be mindful of other guests, which would include cleaning up after yourself and putting things back where they belong. Ensure that all exterior are locked at all times - easiest when you remember to lock right after you enter or exit. It is an old, but renovated, home with creaking floors and thin walls. Thank you!
