The space The Cabernet cottage is a fully renovated and warmly decorated independent accommodation. Located in the heart of the estate's large building, it overlooks the vineyards and the river. It is composed on the ground floor of an equipped kitchen (electric oven, fridge, gas stove, toaster, nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle), a living room (with sofa bed), a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom (shower + sink) and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom (double bed), a separate toilet, a bathroom (shower + sink) and a second bedroom (double bed + two single beds in the mezzanine). The Syrah cottage is a fully renovated and warmly decorated independent accommodation. Located in the heart of the estate's large building, it overlooks the vineyards and the river. It consists of a fully-equipped kitchen (electric oven, fridge, gas stove, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle), a living room (with sofa bed), a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom (bathtub + sink) and a separate toilet. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms (double bed), a separate toilet, a bathroom (shower + sink) and a third bedroom (double bed + a single bed in the mezzanine). You can also find a lounge area upstairs with a sofa bed and an office/reading area. Toilet paper in the toilets and soap + shower mat in the bathrooms are provided. You will need to return the apartment tidy, the trash emptied and the dishes washed, dried and put away. We'll take care of everything else. Guest access You will have access to the outdoor spaces: the swimming pool, the vineyards, the olive grove, the oak forests, the recreation area, the river bordering the property. A great breath of fresh air and nature guaranteed. The river is a 2-minute walk.
