With over 3,000 sq ft, this modern Barndominium style home offers many places to gather together or find a quiet place to rest and relax. The space -Ideal for 16 people, if you have more than that, PLEASE MESSAGE ME before booking to make sure we can accommodate you. -Large fully stocked kitchen and dining area. Including everything you need for cooking, dining, serving guests, etc. -Large dining table with two extra wings and seating for up to 14, plus seating for 4 at the adjacent island. -Comfortable and classy seating in the open living room looking out through a 16' glass door with views of Logan and the Bear River Range. Truly a million dollar view! -King Suite: A luxurious suite with an en-suite bathroom with soaker tub and dual head shower. Feels like you're at a spa! -Three Queen Rooms with plenty of closet space, (1 with TV). -Small private nursery with one crib. -TV Loft: 8 twin beds, large sectional sofa, air hockey table. (Smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime, etc.) -Extra mattresses/bedding can be provided upon request if you have more than 16 guests! THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR MORE THAN 16 GUESTS, PLEASE MESSAGE ME BEFORE BOOKING IF YOU ARE A PARTY OF MORE THAN 16. There is a lot of open space in both lofts, and the main floor living area as well, if you just need to lay out some extra beds. You must message beforehand to request this. -Library loft with 4 nugget couches. -3 full bathrooms. -Hot tub with outdoor seating. -Over an acre of yard provides an area for children and adults to play sports or relax. Location: -Mendon is one of the small towns located on the skirts of Logan city that make up Cache Valley as a whole. It’s a beautiful, peaceful setting where you won’t hear vehicle traffic, sirens, planes, or pretty much anything else like that. -Located right outside of Logan proper, Mendon is just a 9 minute drive to Main Street in Logan where you'll find shopping, dining, movies, and more. - 1 hour drive to Bear Lake -1.5 hours drive to downtown Salt Lake City/International Airport -45 minutes to Ogden -6 miles (7 minute drive) to the brand new Costco in Logan. 4.5 hours to Bryce Canyon National Park, Zion National Park, Arches National Park. -2 hours to Park City -3 hours 45 minutes to Yellowstone -7 hours to the Grand Canyon ................................... >>> Professional Photographers and Videographers: Yes, these ARE allowed. Conditions: The house must be returned to the same order it was in when you arrived and you must CONTACT ME to let me know what you're planning before you book. i.e. If you move furniture around, be careful not to ding or scratch or break anything, and then return it to exactly where you found it. >>>Retreats and Event Hosting: PLEASE MESSAGE BEFORE BOOKING. We do allow parties, events, and retreats. Reunions, rehearsal dinners, showers, & large parties require an extra $200 venue fee. Photoshoots and video production shoots require an extra $350 venue fee. Weddings require an extra $600 venue fee. Tables and chairs are not provided. Responsible drinking is fine, but big drinking parties are not welcome. Smoking is not allowed. For professional photoshoots, video shoot productions, events, retreats, etc, we *may* require a COI. Please contact me before booking. Guest access -Full access to the main house. (Separate shop area and garage not included). -Small portion of the yard is fenced in with gate if needed for smaller children to play. -PLENTY of parking for everyone.
