Ideal for tourists, business travel, and families! Located in a quiet and safe cul-de-sac in the central neighborhood of Chapalita, 6 min from EXPO GDL. Seven beautiful rooms with their own bathroom. Close to restaurants, bars and public transportation. The space A beautiful and spacious house with lots of care on function and Mexican decoration. It is a private house for your family or group. The first floor has three bedrooms and the second floor has four. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. Both floors have high-speed fiber optic internet, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with space for 6 people, a living room with a TV, books and board games. The entrances from the first and second floor of the house are independent from each other and each have a different keyless code. There is a stairway of 16 steps to go up to the second floor. There are 2 parking spaces available, one for a small car and one for a truck or a car. The entrance of the house has video surveillance systems. I follow Airbnb's 5-step advanced cleaning process, based on the Airbnb cleaning manual developed in collaboration with experts. Here are some highlights: I disinfect frequently touched surfaces, including doorknobs. I use products and disinfectants approved by international health authorities and protect myself while cleaning to avoid cross contamination. I cleaned all the rooms following the specific task lists for each of them. I provide additional cleaning products in case you need to clean during your stay. I comply with local laws, including all cleaning and safety guidelines. There are three security cameras outside the house, recording images (without sound) 24 hours a day. Camera 1 is located in the upper part of the second floor façade, facing the street. Camera 2 is located on the roof of the garage, facing the garage area. Camera 3 is on the terrace of the 2nd floor, facing the terrace and the roof. Guest access A clean, private, and comfortable stay! There’s coffee, tea, sugar and a filtered water jug in each kitchen (tap water is not drinkable in Guadalajara). The beds are new and very comfortable. Twin beds can be pushed together to make a king bed. In the bathroom you will find towels, soap, shampoo and toilet paper. We have two solar water heater, two gas heather, and low-flow toilets. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Please do not play loud music and do not make noise after 10 o'clock in the evening out of respect for neighbors.
