The Peach Door Annex is a sweet, private one-bedroom suite with kitchenette, attached to the rear of Parkview Cottage. Perfect for solo travelers or couples, it's tucked in the center of Youngstown, just a short walk to local restaurants, shops, and the free shuttle (or 20 min drive) to Niagara Falls. Enjoy morning coffee on the side porch, a peaceful stroll through Fort Niagara State Park, or sunset views from the Main Street gazebo overlooking the Niagara River and Fort George, Canada. The space This is a completely smoke-free property! Our stylish, cozy 380sf apartment is attached to the rear of the Parkview Cottage. This lovely one-bedroom retreat is perfect for solo adventurers, couples, or business travelers seeking a tranquil and comfortable stay with easy access to one of the world's most iconic natural wonders, Niagara Falls. You will have your own private entrance accessible from the side porch. One bedroom with a queen bed, open shelving for folded clothes and hooks for hangable items. Bedside lamps have USB/USBC charging ports built in for your nighttime charging needs. Platform bed that provides suitcase storage underneath. Additional clothing storage in the living room dresser. Living room area equipped with a small couch and arm chair. Smart TV with Netflix included, but feel free to log onto your own streaming services during your stay. Spotless and bright bathroom with a European-style stand up corner shower measures 32" x 32". Please make sure you are comfortable and capable of showering in a small space before booking. Shower is equipped with stocked shampoo and conditioner dispenser. Kitchen efficiency is equipped with a sink, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, storable cooktop induction burner, coffee machine. Shared laundry area is located in the basement area. This area will not be accessible during quiet hours. Guest access You will have your own private entrance accessible from the side porch and use of side yard. Front porch is reserved for Parkview Cottage tenants only, please. Other things to note Shower size: Our shower in the apartment is a stand up corner shower that measures 32" x 32". Please make sure you are comfortable and capable of showering in a small space before booking. Storm door policy: We ask that guests do not prop the storm door open for extended periods of time. The side yard can have sudden gusts of intense wind from the river that will damage the storm door if it is in propped position. Guests & Bookings •Third-party bookings are not permitted. The person booking the reservation must be staying at the property for the full duration. •All guests staying overnight must be listed on the reservation in advance — no unregistered guests are allowed. •This helps us maintain safety, insurance compliance, and a respectful environment for everyone. This is a completely smoke-free property! Smoking anywhere on the property is not permitted.
