Street sweeping on Monday (8am - 12pm) • Full kitchen: - Common appliances (microwave, stove, oven), basic cookware & dining utensils are provided; you'll have your own pantry storage space and share a spacious 20.5 cu.ft fridge with 2 people. • Laundry: - once a week - Laundry detergent is not provided • Central A/C & heating: - thermostat set between 68F - 73F. Thermostat is controlled by host • Cleaning service: - The shared bathroom, kitchen, living room areas are cleaned biweekly. We provide plenty of cleaning tools/solution around the house • Other residents: - There are a total of 6 rooms => max of 6 people live here - BEDROOM: furnished as pictured with premium full-sized memory foam mattress - BATHROOM: shared with one guest. We provide hand towel, hand soap, hair dryer, and toilet paper (in moderation to your stay) - FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN: You'll have your own shel ◆ HOUSE RULES - Strictly enforced - Quiet hours (10pm-7am): Since laundry room and kitchen are located close to a bedroom downstairs, please wrap up all heavy cooking/laundry by 10:30pm. Microwave use is ok. - Clean up after yourself - Notify host immediately of any damage/condition in need of repair or maintenance - Visitor: for everyone's safety and comfort, please notify us IN ADVANCE of any visiting family member as we only allow a certain number of people in the house at a time. Extra charge may be applied depending on the length of stay. Visitor must also follow some house rules which will be discussed upon your notification. ✘ Guests causing any listed thing below will receive immediate cancellation of booking without refund or involvement of local enforcement: - Smoking/drug use/bitcoin-mining/parties/events/illegal activities - Destruction of property or threatening of other people's safety in any way - Pet on premise - Tampering with security cameras - Unregistered/unnotified visitor Guest access • Guest has access to the assigned bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and laundry • Guest does not have access to backyard During your stay I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you.
