Terrace on the water, chestnut cottage

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time. The space The chestnut cottage is composed of a large terrace directly on the water and a bright interior area of 60 m2 that can accommodate up to 5 people. A large living room with lounge, dining room, open plan kitchen and pellet stove, a shower room, a double bedroom with 160 cm bed, A mezzanine with a 160 cm double bed and a single bed. Guest access The chestnut cottage will only be for you! A 15m2 wooden terrace as well as a grass space at the edge of the body of water. The rest of the estate (not enclosed) is free access. Bed linen is provided as well as towels and tea towels, beds are made upon your arrival. A guide to local tips and activities is available via my profile. As a result, check-in is available between 4pm and 9pm. Pets are welcome provided they are kept on a leash outside and not left alone in the cottage. While walking on the estate you will certainly come across... Some horses and maybe some passionate riders, Deer, foxes or wild boars if you take the small path that starts from the cottage to go into the forest, Beautiful carp and roach in the water but just to admire not to fish... Myself during handling and care of horses or potential guests residing in the other cottage. Note: basic consumables such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, tea are provided to facilitate your arrival, it is your responsibility to manage the supply for the rest of your stay.
