Private room Currumbin - 10 min walk beach

Private room in the Currumbin pocket (with shared bathroom) Short 10min walk to the beaches and cafes of Currumbin and Tugun. Only 7 min taxi or Uber to Gold Coast Airport. Also connected by bus to airport, Burleigh, Pacific Fair etc. My preferred guests are people who are respectful, clean and tidy, as well as considerate that this is my home and space you are using. I work from home so apologises but there isn’t space in my living space for two people to work. Guest access If you could give me an idea of check in time on day of arrival I’d appreciate it. Please let me know when you’re half an hour away and I will make sure I’m home to let you in. During your stay Please use the Airbnb app to communicate with me. Other things to note Please let me know when requesting to book if you are planning on having a late check in or early check out and have large luggage you can’t carry - and need to drag down my stairs. I can store large luggage you don’t need with you down stairs. I want to avoid loud banging noises on my stairs from luggage as it disturbs me and my neighbours sleep - especially between the hours of 8pm and 6am. Also I work from home most days so there’s not really space for two people to be working from my living space.
