The space The newly renovated space offers bright and spacious indoor and outdoor living. Inside you will find a kitchen, winter garden for dining, bathroom, and living room with sofas, a TV, and a gaming console. From the living room you enter the dedicated work space with a large desk looking out to the garden. From the office, you enter the main bedroom with ample space, followed by the kids room with a bunk bed and toys at the end of the home. Outside offers a large, lush, and private garden. Furry pets are welcome and the property is fenced in. Outdoor seating and grilling options are available, as well. Guest access The entire town home and garden are available for your use. Free off-street parking is available approximately 20 meters from the front gate to the garden. Once through the gate, the home is accessed via key held in a lockbox. From the home, it is approximately a 5 minute walk to all local amenities, including bakeries, banks with ATMs, local retailers, and three grocery stores. If you are looking for a walk or bike ride, a new bike path is 2 minutes from the property, as is the city forest with beautiful trails. It is approximately a 10 minute walk from the Laage train station to the home. By car, you are 15 minutes to local lakes you can swim in, or 25 minutes to the Ostsee. In 20 minutes, you can reach Güstrow and Rostock when looking for city dining, museums, or other experiences. Many children's attractions are also within a 30 minute drive, including the Rostock Zoo, Güstrow Wildpark MV, and Vogelpark Marlow.
