Walk through the neighborhood and into open space w/many trails through the foothills. Perfect for 2-3 couples, or a family with baby needs (nursery, crib, changing table, playmat, toys). Please read Guest Safety The space Lovely hills home, everything geared toward facing out toward the view. Three comfortable bedrooms, each with their own bathroom -- Bedroom #1 and Bedroom #3 have en suite bathrooms (Bathroom #2 also doubles as the guest bathroom). Bedrooms #1 and #2 are on the main floor, Bedroom #3 is on the lower level. All rooms have plenty of natural light, but also have black-out shades. Kitchen includes gas stovetop, electric convection oven, french door fridge, professional toaster oven with air fryer capabilities, plus a dishwasher. Spice rack is available for your use. Try not to crush all the saffron, if you'd be so kind. Dining room table seats six. There is a standalone high chair if you need it, as well as a smaller infant chair to put on top of the table (both have appropriate harnesses). The living room has two sofas facing one another (see photos). Please, no eating on the sofas -- we are generally easy-going, but you will be charged an additional cleaning or replacement fee for any stains on the sofas, rugs, or bedding. There is one flight of stairs down from the driveway to the front door, then one flight from the main floor down to the lower floor with Bedroom #3 and the laundry room. Items to note: * This is a hills house, there are multiple sets of stairs, so it may not be appropriate for those with knee issues, etc. * Inside the house, there is a gate at the top of the stairs -- if safety is a concern (for example, with small children), please make sure to connect with us beforehand on what you might require. You can always bring additional things with you, or have something shipped beforehand, and it will be kept safely inside. * Parts of the house are a work in progress. There is a reason we price it lower than a 3bed/3bath. Not to worry, everything is comfortable, and you will have a great time, we just want to properly manage expectations. Not a construction site, we are simply working on the bar island, and organizing the den downstairs. Guest access You have full access to the driveway and the house. Items to note: * There are multiple places to hang clothes, but the closets are not empty. If you will require any more-than-standard space for hanging items, or a full empty drawer, please let us know beforehand, and we will accommodate. * The downstairs den is currently overflow for work being done around the house (work will not occur during a guest stay) -- there are boxes, etc., but nothing obtrusive, and you will still have full access to the downstairs bedroom/bathroom, as well as the laundry room.
