Complete with couch, table and ottoman. Have a beverage, and sit in comfort. -TV with choice to use: Rogers Ignite 4K Cable TV, Crave TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime TV! And if you want to use your own devices, no sweat. The wi-fi connection is great and the TV is screen mirroring capable...so you can use your devices on the big screen! - the Wifi is fast and strong -1st Bedroom sleeps 2 people with a queen bed, 2nd Bedroom sleeps 2 people with a double, and the couch has a pull-out bed too, if you have friends over or for the kids! -BBQ: As far as outdoor dining goes, please bear with us as we are coming to the end of a large renovation and landscaping is the next one to do. That being said, you have your own private deck area with a bbq steps from your door and an outdoor dining set to enjoy the fresh air :) You will find the cooking utensils in your unit. -Air Conditioning is installed and blows ice-cold! -Keurig Duo Single Serve coffee machine! Use a pod to make one delicious cup of joe. We will provide you with a few on check-in, to get you started! The unit spans the whole upper floor of the house, with a private entrance (front door to the house). -There is a parking spot right in front of the unit, so you wont be dragging your luggage too far! -Sliding patio door to off of the dining room will lead you to a little yard, and to your private outdoor patio with BBQ. (**PLEASE NOTE : The property is almost at the end of a long renovation, with final landscaping due to be finished . At this time the side yard is not fully finished) Other things to note BOOKINGS Choose your dates, & book instantly! Our team is well familiar with the products & their respective dwell times, that have been certified by the EPA to annihilate viruses like covid-19 . They are also adhering to all procedures & recommendations made by Health Canada, the CDC, etc. And for longer stays, if you want an extra professional cleaning done, this service can also be arranged for you (& extra costs negotiated). It would be impossible to completely guarantee a 100% sterile environment. But if you do book with us, you can rest assured that no expense has been spared, on every reasonable action to be taken, for us to ethically operate.
