Welcome to our beautifully and charming restored bungalow, originally built in the 1940’s! This cozy home is located in the Downtown Gilbert Heritage District, within walking distance of Gilbert’s most popular restaurants, shops, and attractions. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or an exciting adventure, our bungalow is the perfect home base for your next vacation. We look forward to hosting you! The space Step inside and you will find a bright and welcoming living room, complete with comfortable seating and a flat-screen smart TV with countless apps for your entertainment. (You will need your own login credentials for the apps) The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. There is also a dining area, perfect for enjoying meals together. The bungalow comfortably fits 4 people with the option of an air mattress in the living room to accommodate up to 6. Furnished with comfortable beds and quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. Enjoy a cozy evening in the living room or out back under glistening string lights next to a warm gas fireplace! Our bungalow is conveniently located just a short walk from Snooze, Postino, Joes BBQ, Whiskey Row, the Gilbert Water Tower. Guest access You will have access to the entirety of the home. Feel free to use all the amenities, we only ask that you respect the home as your own. PARKING: Driveway parking as well as street parking. No garage parking available. Other things to note ♦This is a NON Smoking home. If any smoking is found inside the house, there will be a $500 fine. There is plenty of patio, use that please! :) ♦No pets allowed at any time. ♦Absolutely NO Parties or events. ♦No guests that are not on the reservation or otherwise approved. ♦We have one, actively recording camera (doorbell camera) overlooking the front driveway which records video and audio. There is also a smart home device (Minut) in the living room which actively monitors noise decibel levels, but in no way records audio or video. ♦ We ask that once you run out of the provided supplies/toiletries, you please buy your own however, there will be some provided at the beginning of your stay.
