The edge of Frenchay is an area in the northeastern suburbs of the city of Bristol. It is a semi rural area within three miles of central Bristol. It is convenient for the M32 motorway (with rapid access the M4 and M5), Transport links, including Metro Bus, Parkway train station, and the Bristol to Bath cycle path, are easily accessible. Local parks and nature trails are within walking distance of the home, including Stoke Park, Snuff Mills, and the Frome Valley walkway. The space I love my little house, I have just completed a beautiful kitchen/dining area with a double sided log burner, that guests are welcome to share. It’s a cosy house , The double room to rent is clean wit a lovely comfortable king size bed right next to the bathroom, where there is a lovely bath or shower to use. The bedroom is at the back of the house and all you will here is the birds singing Guest access Guests can access their room the bathroom and the kitchen dining area. Where they can prepare food and meals etc. use the dining table to eat at or work on. During your stay I will be available for guests if you need anything. Other things to note There will always be clean bedding and towels. The kitchen can be used to cook in , there is a coffee cafeteria and always coffee in the kitchen, and the log burner can be lit, a bit extra cost for logs in the winter, due to cost. But you can use it as your home whilst you stay. I will be working all day and may be away sometimes on a weekend. There will be locks on the doors for your privacy.
