It is only 2 minutes from Su Portu De Su Trigu and 5 minutes from Portopino, so you are immersed in greenery and surrounded by the sea. The space From the gate of the complex you will be accompanied by the white pebble driveway to the Villa. In front of you you will find the immense countryside of Sardinia and the front door of the house! Before entering you will find your own fenced garden to accommodate your 4-legged friends, and a beautiful patio equipped with an external table for lunch and a sofa for relaxation area. In the garden you will also find the barbecue! The first area that will welcome you is the living room, equipped with a sofa that can become a sofa bed, located in an Open-Space with dining room (with extendable table up to six covered) and kitchenette, equipped with dishes and cutlery. From the dining room you will have the view and also access to the wonderful Mediterranean-style Common Court with our Ulivi. On the same floor you will find the first bathroom, complete with all the amenities such as: toilet, Bidet, shower, sink and hair dryer. Continuing upstairs you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom is the double bedroom, equipped with closets, with window overlooking the countryside view. On the left you will find the bathroom, complete with washing machine, toilet, bidet, shower, sink and hairdryer. The bathroom comes with a comfortable windowsill. The last room is the bedroom with bunk bed, so it consists of two single bunk beds, a closet and a desk. This room also has a terrace that will be directly on the veranda and the countryside.
