The Farmhouse – Where Peace & Quiet Awaits Nestled on 5 acres of farmland, The Farmhouse is a 4-bed, 2-bath home built by my parents in the 1970s. It’s perfect for up to 8 guests. Enjoy an open kitchen with a large island for family meals, updated bathrooms, and two cozy living rooms. My family loves relaxing with a cup of coffee or watching the rain from the large front porch — the ideal spot to take in the peaceful surroundings. The space Outdoor Fun: Enjoy the volleyball/badminton net stored in the garage, gather around the firepit near the pond (wood provided upon request), or take a stroll along the mowed walking trail that follows the fence line for beautiful views. The pond (3ft at the shallowest, 7ft at the deepest) is perfect for frog-catching or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Tick repellent is recommended and provided. Indoor Entertainment: A small TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs are available in the living room. In the family room, relax on the large, comfy couch and watch your favorite shows with Roku (bring your logins for streaming). Comfort: All bedrooms have window A/C units, and a portable A/C is available in the family room. Fans are provided for the downstairs.
