Merge with the lush nature of São Jorge Island in this comfortable studio, conveniently placed in the middle of the island of São Jorge, not far from the airport and the town of Velas. This studio has private bathroom and balcony, air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen area, TV, blackouts and free high speed internet. The guests can choose between a king-sized bed or two separate beds. And there is a sofa that can be used as an extra bed for a small child (under 130cm in height). The space The Cabanas da Viscondessa Studio offers a unique experience in the Azores. This apartment allows you to merge with the lush nature of São Jorge Island without having to leave behind the cosiness of modern living. Both inside the Reception building and outside it, on a pleasant wooden deck, guests can enjoy stunning ocean views of the Pico volcano and the Atlantic. Our goal is to preserve sustainability and nature. Our studio is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not allowed indoors or in any of the outdoor spaces. Guest access There is free internet access both in the apartment and in the Reception building and restaurant. Our prices are room only fares. They don´t include meals. The Reception building houses the independently run Zéfyr Café, where breakfast and dinner are served for guests who want to have a nice meal. Its cooking style is Mediterranean and French cuisine. Healthy meals are prepared with quality regional and organic produce and they serve delicious homemade desserts. The atmosphere is warm and cosy and the view is marvellous. Other things to note The cleaning of the apartment and towel change during the stay occurs twice a week and the change of bed linen once a week. But they can be made whenever requested by the guests.
