The space This private sanctuary is shared with you with joy. Your basement studio apartment is conveniently accessed via the patio door at the rear of the property. The hosts reside in the upper levels, accessible through a separate entrance at the front of the house, ensuring your privacy. About your stay - Cozy up with a captivating book on the plush couch or unwind on the patio swing, enveloped by nature's serenity. The large in-house TVs and outdoor patio screen offer a perfect viewing experience for movie aficionados. Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the state-of-the-art NordicTrack equipment for an invigorating workout. And when you're ready to cool off, the pool awaits for a refreshing dip, all in a home designed to make every moment of your stay truly unforgettable. A brief walk down a path—complete with stairs—through the backyard leads you to the studio's private patio entrance. Other things to note Our pool is located outside, open to the elements and where nature resides. That is likely one of the reasons you’re considering booking with us. We do everything humanly possible to ensure nature stays outside of the pool, but given that it’s an outdoor pool, nature sometimes wins. We do provide a pool net for any necessary removals, and we appreciate your understanding in advance. If nature just isn’t your thing, our backyard might not be a good fit for you. Additionally the pool is only available during the summer months and is NOT HEATED. Waivers must be signed before using. Must check with owners if additional daytime guests will be visiting. $15 per day per guest may be charged. EV charging upon request. NO PETS or ANIMALS- We have severe family allergies. $500 fee will be charged if pets are brought. This includes any species outside of the human species.
