Other things to note Parking in this area is challenging, as most other areas in San Diego. It’s a safe location but sometimes neighbors don’t take care of their lawns, so please keep in mind this is not “Beverly Hills”. Please keep in mind there’s another property in the back of the lot. They don’t interfere in your privacy at all. 💛 This space is GREAT if you plan to Uber / take Lyfts & taxi. It’s centrally located, so Ubers should be pretty affordable! 🚫 If you have a car - DO NOT book our house IF you are not comfortable walking a few blocks. You might need to park 1-5 blocks away depending on the time you arrive (late nights are usually the hardest!) 🍀 Sometimes you are lucky and find parking right in the front BUT please book knowing that this might not happen. We are getting a lot of reviews of people complaining about parking when we have tried to be as clear as possible. Unfortunately this is out of our control and we are trying to warn you ahead of time so that we don’t suffer from a bad review. 🔆 Inside the house is beautiful and if parking is not an issue, you won’t be disappointed! ** windows with AC units have locks but cannot be locked when AC is being used.
