The space Welcome to Mulini, a charming 42 square meter apartment nestled in the heart of the historic district of Saint Thomas d 'Aquin. This area is known for its historic charm, cobblestone streets, picturesque cafes, and rich cultural heritage. Settle into Mulini, which offers a delicious mix of comfort, style, and convenience, all in a captivating beach-themed design, which promises a wonderful stay in Paris. This cozy apartment has a well-appointed bedroom with a queen-size bed. The glass door opens to a paved street, allowing you to get some fresh air. If you're traveling with friends or family, a sofa bed in the living room offers extra sleeping space. The apartment also includes a modern bathroom with a very convenient walk-in shower. The open plan living room is connected to the fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your meals in a flash. The living room has a subtle decor on the theme of the beach, creating a relaxing atmosphere. It is also equipped with an entertainment system, ideal for relaxing while watching a movie or his favorite show. We also cannot be held responsible for rooms without air conditioning (all rooms with air conditioning will be explicitly explained in our description). We won't accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of the regular maintenance of the listings, the improvement of the design and the staging of the photos, there may be slight differences between the furniture seen in the photos and those you will find in the apartment. Other things to note In order to comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID prior to their stay. A security deposit is required for this stay. Further information will be provided to you during the booking process via Airbnb, and the security deposit will be collected by the service provider.
