With an interior design signed by an architect, loft 508 is ideal for the guest who does not give up comfort and style. It has strong colors at its core, giving the space a cosmopolitan style, the kind we find in large urban centers. The space Loft 508 has integrated spaces. Living room, dining room and bedroom share the space in a very subtle way. The kitchen is equipped with functional appliances so guests can prepare their favorite meals. It has a sofa bed and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. We provide an iron and also offer a hairdryer. In addition to the black-out blinds, we have a fabric curtain for those who do not want to give up natural light without losing privacy. The bedroom area has a French window that gives access to the balcony overlooking the courtyard and the city skyline. Guest access Guests can access all common areas of the building, which are as follows: Multihall - This is the building's entrance hall, which has benches and armchairs and is decorated with plants that invite us to slow down. Meeting Room - It is located on the ground floor and can be scheduled in advance to be used for two hours for R$ 10. Laundry - It is located on the third floor and to use it, there is a fee of R$ 6 per hour of use for each machine. Decompression terrace - It is an open space that has a table, chairs and hammocks, located on the tenth floor, from where you can have a beautiful view of the park. Other things to note Our loft does not offer a parking space, our guests usually leave the car parked in front of the building, which has a 24-hour concierge. The park where the building is located also has 24-hour surveillance and its own camera system.
